The room here has been recently updated and looks great! It’s in a lovely spot, just a 20-minute walk from the city center. Plus, there’s a nearby place called Bar Cantina that’s perfect for chilling out. 😌.

The breathtaking beachfront view of Hinchinbrook, Goold, and Dunk Islands made me feel like I was living in a postcard! It was like having my own personal paradise right outside my window.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The use of warm colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. I also appreciated the accessibility features that were put in place, such as ramps and handrails, which made it much more convenient for me to get around.
I would have liked to see more organized activities or programs specifically tailored for senior guests. The children working there were friendly and accommodating, but it would have been nice to have some activities that catered to the interests and needs of older individuals.

Stayed at Beachcomber Motel & Tourist Park again and it was just as good as before. the location is perfect, situated about 2km from town in a peaceful spot right next to the foreshore walk and beach. I loved sitting outside my spacious, clean room and taking in the stunning views of the sunrise, ocean, islands, and palm trees. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning ensured a pleasant stay. the managers were so kind and even gave me a lift to the train station when I had to leave. Can't wait to come back!
Couldn't stay longer 😞

What a weekend! The villa's ocean view was breathtaking and it was so peaceful and quiet. I loved that everything I needed was within walking distance, like the beautiful beach or the lovely pool. The restaurant served amazing food and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Although my stay was really enjoyable, I wish that the villa had an oven and a dishwasher, as it would have been helpful for my family. , the spiral staircase was a bit scary with young children, but thankfully we managed it.

The location, right off the highway and on the beach, is incredibly convenient. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. I also appreciated the basic amenities in the rooms, including the upper level with a comfortable King size bed.
The air conditioner in the upper level room that leaked water onto the bed. However, overall, everything was great.
